About Editors

Shaw-Wei David Tsen, MD, PhD, has more than 10 years of experience in laser research, virology research, and immunology research, with particular emphasis on pathogen inactivation, transfusion safety, and vaccine immunology. Kong-Thon Tsen, PhD, is currently a professor in the Department of Physics and the Center for Biophysics at Arizona State University.
